Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unused
In its original packaging
In the same condition that you received it
Please note that custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:
Order number
Reason for the return
Clear photos if the item is damaged or defective
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or as store credit (as per your preference).

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
Refunds may take additional time to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
